And that's why we should be playing more of these instate games on the road. It's their super bowl and they'll play with as much intensity as we'll see all year.

This game should have taught the team a lesson but it doesn't look like it has.

The other reason is if Crean keeps losing this game he'll be gone!

I disagree.

IPFW is such a small school with VERY little backing when it comes to athletics. Only recently have even been a D1 program. Living here, I fully understand the sentiment.

If we consider this embarrassing for IPFW, our fanbase reaction post Watshot is on a different level.

Us making Watshot t-shirts was embarrassing too. Kentucky always has the comfort of the last laugh that season. It was a great moment, but jeesh. Make a shirt for when you win your conference or literally anything more meaningful than an in-state/rivalry game. IPFW is a good team, so why not play it cool? It looks cheesy.

Living in Fort Wayne my whole life, this win was as improbable as it gets. I understand celebrating it. Proud program moment, albeit a cheesy T-shirt.

I actually totally agree with you on the wat shot. It's kind of old to be honest it was just one game and Kentucky won the national championship that year. When I hear other "IU" fans talk about that game I cringe sometimes. Don't get me wrong I was jumping up and down with joy when it happened but it means nothing at this point

Yeah for sure. I'm sure that was a huge moment up there and it's kind of cool to think about if you forget the IU fandom for a moment. Most of those guys (especially the dude that had like 50 dunks and killed us, and Scott) will have the "we beat IU" thing forever which is awesome.

I just think the shirt itself is cheesy lol.

I live 20 minutes south of fortwayne and my wife went to ipfw. It is absolutely a big deal and yes they should have a shirt.i was at the game and iu looked so bad it is ridiculous. IU was a top 5 team iu fans packing the coliseum and local restaurants before the game and got beat. The thought of iu losing to ipfw was as improbable as it gets especially ranked top 5. We stink
