Maybe it wouldn't have made a huge difference, but I'm not sure why we only scheduled 10 non-conference games when most other teams had at least 12. Two more wins might have made it harder to keep us ranked where we are.

Take it.  Maybe, took into account (reality) the weather created a fast pace schedule off regular routine made for a long day while Iowa comfortably waiting and IU Ladies were running out of energy after half time….is the best in big ten and one of the best in country because of C.C. though when taking 2 steps back for 3 ball vs Bargesser she shuffled her feet (a little and quickly)Lol.

Minnesota having a good season and IU Ladies are still solidly in the top of the league mix and have to keep racing.

I watched the end of their game against Nebraska yesterday.  Minnesota is playing loose and confident at home.  Not afraid to jack up the three at any time.

We need to remain disciplined on shutting down the 3 and rebound, rebound, rebound.  We do not want to let them hang around.

Way IU Ladies place 1, 2, or 3 in conference and play in finals of big ten conference tournament and make it to final 4.

1. Sidney Parrish, Holmes and everyone else is and stays healthy.

2.  Garzon shifts gear for the better.

3.  Players /Team plays at its best.

4.  Chloe does what Chloe does at high level.

5.  Sara Scalia plays well enough to win the Meyers Drysdale award.

all the above is reasonably possible.

Hey, we cracked the Top 10.

Stay might be brief, however, with games this week at Maryland and O$U. Especially if Syd's still out.

May be an image of 1 person and text

Syd won't be back for a while. We are talking weeks at least. Not days. Zero chance she plays this week and near zero she plays next couple.

However, Maryland will almost certainly be without top scorer Shyanne Sellers Wednesday who was on crutches after yesterday's game (got injured in second quarter).

When Syd is ready to play, she will be limited in her playing time as she gets back in shape.  Hope for a fully ready Syd for Iowa.

We will be lucky if she is back by Iowa at all. I expect to see her by end of season, but earliest would be towards end of month putting Iowa in borderline status.

I have no firm info but just an educated guess on timeline based on her still being on crutches and what I think the injury is (although I have not confirmed what happened to her foot but have a hypothesis based on talking to a doctor who saw her picture but admittedly is not treating her).
