If we win consistently and continue to show up on tv it should only improve. This should be another strong year on the court. So 2017-18 should be good recruiting wise.

That means Tom Crean, John Calipari, Xavier assistant Travis Steele all made the trip to Indy for Kris Wilkes and Paul Scruggs.

Very true. Another Big Ten Title would be huge I Imagine. 3 in 5 years. With all 3 teams having for the most part different key players. 

I feel this is the next step to regular season success: winning over time with different players/leaders.

2011-2012 and 2012-2013

Pretty much the same roster + Yogi

2015-2016 and ....

Decent roster turnover that could prove the program has turned a corner. With a solid 2017 class three straight years of top B1G finishes is possible. Although it's easier said than done. One down, two to go.

I kinda wonder if we are adopting a go big or go home strategy since we appear to be pretty well stocked for 2017. We look to still have the pieces to have a very good team if we can get Wilkes.
