KB0 Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Have heard early returns from Lagow aren't exactly promising. Hopefully he can get it sorted out. Should be able to get a decent look at the spring game. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
Berghoosier Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 I'm excited to see what Camion Patrick brings to the table with the ball in his hands. I'm going to do my best not to get too nervous about the QB play yet. Lagow should be able to take some big steps this summer in player ran sessions after learning the offense in the spring. Naturalhoosier Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Injured. Forgot what, but he's out for the spring. If my memory serves me, he had ankle or foot surgery. Class of '66 Old Fart 1 Quote

Naturalhoosier Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 He'll compete for the starting position in the fall won't he? I thought he showed real potential. I don't know how extensive it was. If his mobility is permanently hindered in any way I suspect his QB career is over. I love his movie but if he loses that dimension of his game... Quote
Hovadipo Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 I don't know how extensive it was. If his mobility is permanently hindered in any way I suspect his QB career is over. I love his movie but if he loses that dimension of his game... He's still moving around a lot in the boot and throws a lot during practice. Pretty sure it was a fairly minor surgery. He'll *definitely* be competing for the starting job this fall. Naturalhoosier and Walking Boot of Doom 2 Quote
Miller'sTheMan Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Unless Zander has gotten stronger and can throw the ball significantly better than last season, he shouldn't be the starter by any means. Crimson and Cream 1 Quote

Naturalhoosier Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Whatever happened to the Pitt QB? He was never offered. He gave a glowing review on his visit though, which I thought was peculiar. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
Miller'sTheMan Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 I haven't heard the rumors, has Lagow been pretty bad? Quote
ThompsonHoosier Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Has Lagow really looked that bad or is it just timing/learning the offense? WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
