Myles Herro, the younger brother of NBA All-Star and Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro, has committed to Ohio State

I assume they are hoping for bloodline potential.  Not a top 150 player and just the 40th ranked point guard in 25 by 247.  Other offers were Cal Poly and Western Illinois.

4-star Dorian Jones has requested his release from Ohio State and will reopen his recruitment, source told @On3Recruits. The 6-3 shooting guard is the No. 1 ranked player in the state of Ohio for the 2025 class.

Apparently academic issues and this may have been Ohio State giving him a soft-landing way out.

Carlos Medlock Jr. has committed to Michigan State, source tells @LeagueRDY.  Medlock Jr. is a tough, two-way guard who can score the ball from anywhere on the floor, make plays and defend his position. He chose Michigan State over Michigan, Creighton, Iowa, Oklahoma State and Tennessee amongst others.

Like this kid a fair bit and it’s curious he hasn’t landed at some post-grad program or JC yet.

2026 F Landon Davis has committed to Illinois and Brad Underwood, he told @LeagueRDY. Davis is a 6-foot-8 forward with long arms and a high skill level at his size. He can score the ball, make plays for his teammates, defend the paint and extend the floor offensively. He chose Illinois over Drake, UIC and Iowa amongst others.

Michigan lands Quinn Costello.  We kicked the tires but never offered.

Dusty is for sure rolling.  I like him, so I want him to do well but all of his successes are an extra bit painful.  Michigan seems to have really opened the checkbook for him.
