Just watched he watts (Amir) highlight for the first time. Wow. Athlete. Can we line him up at RB and he may or may not make an impact asap in def side. Speed kills

Toks has been seen as solid to Iowa. Getting a visit means we have a chance and would be a great coup. Watts, would be a great get. Thought has been that the one place he wouldn't end up was Colorado.

What are the odds of this happening. I follow recruiting pretty closely. Minus not subscribing for anything. Think we can flip ennis, keep swann from going west coast?

I have no idea at this point. That's a dream scenario but the the odds of getting them all is slim.

We're not taking two more running backs. We already have Gest and Natee.

Robert Tucker is a more realistic option at tight end while I would replace one of the backs with Brandon Drayton, the safety out of Florida.

Otherwise, nice list.

I think Natee is probably going to find playing time at a number of positions, but at this point it doesn't look like he will be a RB, although he may fill that spot at times. Probably one more RB in the class.

Devine frustrated me the first 7 or 8 games, but he really started to figure things out as the season moved along. He still really doesn't look like the guy when you need a yard and are just going to blast it through, but he looks to be a very good RB.

I've seen nothing about the contract being made public. I assume there are a lot of interesting details in there, but until its released, who knows?

What's the rule in Indiana? They have to release the salary information but not the contract itself right?

Oh I remember. Salaries are affirmatively added to a database and contracts are FOIL requests. Someone should put one in. Maybe Btown banners can break the story!

We've got some pretty good visitors coming up this weekend.

 

Intrigued by Dee Walker and Quayshaun Alexander, who is committed to Nebraska now.  Walker has a visit here and Florida scheduled, but Florida hasn't offered.  He'd be a good pickup.  Alexander would be a good Bandit candidate with his size.  

 

Having Peyton Ramsey on the visit should help.  He's been one of IU's biggest recruiters since his commitment back in April.  Getting him in the ear of Walker, Alexander, Amir Watts and the rest of the guys can only help.
