Warmth after a long winter..and tax returns are filed. Visited Oahu and a friend's family on the north side...Kailua. Attended a Bon Dance. Father in Law was stationed in Sheffield. He met Boris Karlof in The House With No Key on Waikiki. We also, more recently visited Maui. FortWayneHoosier 1 Quote

I wanted to travel, but most of all fight for my country. Was fortunate enough to be in California, Hawaii, Mississippi, and Arizona.....all of which seemed like another country compared to the great state of Indiana lol. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote
Dave from Dayton Posted April 1 Posted April 1 We are moving! Just bought this place in the British Virgin Islands. Within easy walking distance to a marina, a swim-up bar, 2 decent beach restaurants and a great nude beach. I like it because of the double palapas and the views. It has 2 bedrooms and is rated for 150-mph winds. Access by air is a little difficult...intentionally. All are invited to visit during the months of July - October...which incidentally is hurricane season. Houseguests will be required to fend for themselves. Bring food and linen if and when you visit. Pets are not allowed since there are already some local examples of nature that inhabit your bedroom. But, no worry, if you are vaccinated before your travel and have no immune system issues yet. There is a nurse on the island...with some interesting theories of healthcare. It is recommended that contracting with Captain Ron for a 4-hour cruise since that could be quite an adventure. We would post the address, but these places do not have them. For reference purposes, you can fly to San Juan Puerto Rico and hang a couple of lefts. (Happy 4/1.) Nothing beats travel!! Absolutely. We are now en route via Eurostar to London, meeting up with my Brit cousins (my aunt’s adult children and theirs), and introducing our “brood” — having Brit family is pretty wild and great for our kids (also now young adults) mamasa 1 Quote

That is one of those 'famous' tourist sites that more than lives up to the hype. A nice train ride from downtown Paris, a ten minute walk, and it's spectacular. Especially in May with the gardens full on. Enjoy HH!! HoosierHoopster, Dave from Dayton, Demo and 1 other 4 Quote
