MartintheMopMan Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Spell it out for those too lazy to research. Otherwise it's an IU Victory! I thought Bill Paxton was actually going to be enough. Before I got on the industry kick, that's all I would have used this week anyway. Bill Paxton = Harbaugh = Michigan = Winners. I mean, not that it matters. I think I could get a perfect score for the rest of the season and still only get to like 10th. Would you like to know more about the sugar beet? It's a pretty fascinating item. Monsanto's GMO sugar beets dominate the industry because of how damaging weeds are. Sugar beets, like other "sugars" have to have just the right mix of sunlight and nutrients in order to have the correct sweet flavor. Weeds therefore affect them more, and since they're a low-profile plant, they're very difficult to mechanically weed. thebigweave 1 Quote
bdt224 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 This is better than last week... I see the sugar beet trucks all the time. They look like the garbage transfer trucks heaped up as high as they can go. Quote
bdt224 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Hard to believe that anyone would ever think that the movie about the 2015 IU football team called "Same Old, Same Old: How we started 4-0 and couldn't 'Play 13'" would ever star Bill Paxton as Coach Kevin Wilson. Quote
