27 Weeks away from

We became Foster parents a year ago May.  Our first child was a one year old.  We have had others come and go since then but she has always been in our house.  We go next Thursday for adoption.  At 43, this has been challenging yet rewarding.  It will take most of the summer to go through the legalities.

 

Daughter is in competetive dance and she has nationals in June and another big one in July.  Summer shot!

We just went through that in Bluffton as well. Just when you think all has been negotiated, then the inspection goes through and opens a whole new can of worms. Now we have the appraisal scheduled. Real estate sucks anymore. Good luck my friend!

I wish I would have seen the suggestions in this thread before my daughter was born two days ago.  I pushed hard for Bobbi Knight (Spelling Bobby that way makes it the feminine version!) but the wife said no.  Perhaps I should have come back with Quinn or Bailey.  Oh well.
