It was a comment made in jest because I have seen the comment made. "Hartman just looks like an Indiana player." We all know why that is said.

It was said because he's an intelligent player and he busts his butt on the court.  He's a "basketball player" not an "athlete".

 

It has nothing to do with the color of his skin.  It was a stupid comment to make.

I shouldn't have added that. I can admit that. I've simply noticed it is a perception outside of the IU bubble; that you're not allowed to act in a certain manner. I don't know what the word would be. I don't want to offend anyone, seriously.
