The last IU RB drafted was actually Steve Lee taken in the 6th round by Baltimore in 1997.

I think they meant earliest drafted running back since Dunbar.

As an Indiana and Falcons fan, I can't be more excited!!!!  He will likely be the starter right out of the gates and if not, he will still be getting carries.  LET'S GO TEVIN!!

I'm glad he went to a team with a fanbase.  I would have hated for him to wind up in Jacksonville.  (plus I would have hated rooting against him twice a year)

I'm really happy for Tevin as everything I've read seems to indicate that the Falcons will be a good fit for him. He has an opportunity to see the field right away. I'm looking forward to watching him play on Sundays this fall. Just hope the announcers don't screw up our name after he has a big gain. I hate it when they call us "university of Indiana".
