IUBB vs. UIndy Game Thread

Is it too late for us to get that pony tail dude to walk on for us?

Crean needs to offer the East German broad with the ponytail a scholarship or walk on position before he heads back to Naptown!

Considering he's in Indy because he was ineligible at Vandy, something tells me he isn't the solution to our off-the-court troubles.

What did you all think about his technical foul on Ziesloft?

They're bench was complaining about it pretty hard, but after seeing that replay in slowmo (as well as game speed), it really did look like the ponytail guy threw NZ down with more force than should have been natural or acceptable.    I mean, the guy really pushed his arms downward, and it's not like he was anywhere close to the rim when he was fouled, as if he was in a dunking motion.

But get used to it NZ! this is the B1G!

agree with your assessment and the call. Sneaky dirty play by "Ponytail"

I think it was excessive just because he never even tried to sell the foul by flailing. He just pulled down as the contact was made which is not a natural movement toward the rim. It's not like he was a foot above the rim. It should have looked like Max's sorry attempt like later in the game against pony tail. That's the difference between the plays from what I saw.

Daijon Parker, a guard wearing #3 was the ex-Vandy guy.  Was pony tail guy  ex-Vandy too?

My fault then. I could swear the announcers said he was the ex-Vandy guy at least once. But, I wasn't paying that close attention to the other team's members.

His face said it all to me. During the push and after he had a seriously vicious look on his face like "F you, take that!" that you just don't have when it's incidental contact.
