I'm watching Michigan vs Eastern Michigan with the volume down and music playing in ear buds.  I've never done this before, it's a really different experience.  By not hearing the commentators, I'm not prone to their biases.  I think I just found a new favorite way to watch non IU games.

Or maybe that's just the beer talking?  Go Eastern

Refs gonna ruin a great one because they couldn't help but call phantom fouls all first half.

Braden Smith will not be a massive thorn in our side. He will be more like a scurvy tiny flea that Xavier Johnson and Jalen Hood Schifino will swat away as an annoyance. 

After two games, both against 300+ Kenpom teams, the great Braden Smith is now a total of 3–10 FG, four assists and eight turnovers.

And they really have no other option at the point guard position.

Tell ya what, Emoni Bates has looked really good for Eastern Michigan.  Makes you wonder how bad of a coach Penny Hardaway really is.

Do you wanna know what extraordinary roster construction looks like? Stop looking at Matt ******* Painter and start looking at Mike Woodson

Two games in  --

Zach Edey is really, really good.  

Brandon Newman is inconsistent.

Fletcher Loyer likes to jack up shots.......but isn't that kind of player yet.

Mayer is really nothing more than just a guy in the rotation.  Don't need to game plan for him.  He's not great at anything.
