Nothing bad ever happened when St. Knight was here.

I know you are joking...

 

but Pat Knight probably paved the way for poor behavior moreso than any other player in the history of IU basketball..

that dude knew how to party balls out...and I mean balls out..

Never said nothing happened when knight was here. All I was saying is have knight tell what IU is, and what playing for them meant. Say what you want about knight, but the man can flat out coach. If you think crean has the same culture as knight at IU, then you are nuts.

You know I'm not really sure what IU is to him anymore. I don't know if he could do that for us if willing. Not good enough for him to come back.

Yep---let's not put our heads in the sand.  Similar things happened when Knight was here---but he DEALT with it and didn't care who you were---who your mommy or daddy were---or how good you were.  You got it fixed or you were gone.  I saw it firsthand as I was somewhat involved with the discipline process. 

 

I like the run'em till they puke idea---but how do we know Crean hasn't already been doing that?  I know things that happened in the Knight era that never became public and no doubt the inner workings of discipline on this team are also not publicized either.

 

If certain players are allowed to violate rules over and over without serious consequences or removal---that's when I have a problem with Coach or the Administration that allows it.  I have seen no real evidence of that yet.
