My experience on Peegs was that if you weren't a cronie of the OTF group, then you weren't anything. Fickle group for sure. It just got old. All trolling and no good info.

I'm gonna ask because I simply don't know...

how are the fans on Peegs, or 247 (I was a member there for a short stint), or AllHoosiers, or any of the other sites any different from here?

 

I personally don't think IU fans are all that different...it's the attitude of the mods/community that makes Btown different...

everybody wants to feel important on any given site...and this site is the best for letting peeps express themselves...in my opinion.

I remember scrolling through threads on hsn, seeing jaybob's name and before reading his post thinking 'over/under 50' as to how many exclamation points there'd be.  sometimes I'd even count.  you've really improved on that, big guy.  proud of you.  and it used to be simple protocol to take a quick jab at jaybob before officially becoming a site member.  rekindle that, maybe?

 

also remember consistently losing avatar bets to my nemesis natural, who I view in the same realm as kentucky basketball, brussel sprouts, women with fake hair and an annoying laugh, and cars parked in two spots at once.  I will win our next one.  final 2 cents- I want to see my older little brother johnsoniu post more, I don't miss mile's gigantic, overly optimistic, grammar-defiant posts even a little bit, and lets get oggy back.
