Regular season got underway and a strong start by Eric Gordon.  News on the extent of the injury to Gordon Hayward is still unclear.  Post-game, coach Brad Stevens told reporters it was a dislocated ankle and fractured tibia; however, the Celtics reported the injury as a fractured ankle.  He's to have surgery today and clearly he's in for a long period of recovery and rehab

OG now officially on his way to collecting an NBA pension.  Good start to what will hopefully be a very long career.

HUGE night for Vic but the Pacers lost anyway.

I'm afraid it's gonna be a long year for Yogi and the Mavs as tonight they were blown away by the Rockets 107-91 in a game that really wasn't that close as the Rockets led 62-39 at halftime and 92 -58 at the end of the 3rd quarter.  Despite the blowout, for whatever reason, Troy did not get any playing time.

Troy got 4 minutes at the end. 1-4, 2 points. He's not going to get very many minutes unfortunately.

Hollowell got selected by the Hawks and Hanner's going to the Westchester Straight Shots(Knicks).

Here's a blast from the past. The Mr. Irrelevant of the D-G-League draft was.....Malik Story.
