I guess it shows how underwhelming this class is when you are disappointed with the third pick. Big drop off after Simmons and Ingram?

A bit but still some good players. Celtics will go after a big man. Dragan Bender, Domantas Sabonis or Jakob Poeltl.

There is 0% chance they take Sabonis or Poeltl with the 3rd pick. If I were the Celtics, I would be looking to move that pick,

Celtics are moving that pick, no question about it. The drop off from Ben and Brandon is quite depressing. As a Laker fan, i sort of feel bad for the Celtics. They have eight picks to use this year and this years draft class is terrible.

Lakers can't go wrong. We will take whoever is left, Brandon or Ben. Both are possible franchise players.

D'Angelo Russell and Ben Simmons played on the same high team together. Won a national championship together. He's a huge Lakers fan. I assume Ben's agent will refuse workouts with the sixers.

I wonder if a middle of the pack team like the Pacers would trade a PG type player to the Celtics for multiple picks.

Considering Larry's recent moves, anything is possible LOL

Maybe if they had the first or second pick. Hard to trade a top 10 NBA player for nothing but picks.

Unless they get Simmons or Ingram no. Even then they'd have to give up all the crap the Nets gave them too. Outside of picks the Celtics are just a whole lot of 'meh'. Marcus Smart is crazy inefficient offensively, Bradley is a solid asset though I don't know how much I actually want him, just no to Turner, they aren't giving up IT, Crowder is just 'meh', Rozier sucks, Hunter, sucks, Olynyk is a nice back up. I mean Stevens has done some amazing things there, but that roster is crap. I mean if they want to give us a ton of draft picks great, but I'd still want something more proven.

Celtics will do everything they can to trade the pick, but if they don't Ainge will not pick for need, he'll take whoever he thinks is the BPA regardless of need.
