If I was a top notch College Coach, I would never leave my school to go to the NBA.  Don't get me wrong I love the NBA, and watch just as much as it as NCAA Ball, but it's such a different game.  The NBA Coaches seem so much different when you compare them to high level NCAA Coaches.  There are so many Head Coaches in the NBA that you've never heard of, and their shelf life is so small, but the top notch NCAA coaches seem to stay around at their location much more than the NBA Coach that could have been a video coordinator the year before and now all of a sudden he's a Coach.

Unfortunately I have a hard time seeing the NCAA closing in.  They're completely corrupt and unless you self report they couldn't find their own ***hole with a mirror on a stick.  Plus it's the SEC cash cow, so their eyes look like dollar signs right now.
