Indianapolis Colts Off-Season Thread

Not pertaining to the Colts, but ESPN is really playing up this Manziel pro day. I can't remember anyone else getting this type of coverage for their pro day

They have to move on to someone since NFL teams finally realized Tebow is an awful QB and he refuses to play another position.

Posting this here too:

The Colts spent time with Latimer at the pro day, according to Tony Pauline of Draft Insider, and the in-state receiving threat is sure to get consideration from the Colts as early as the third round.

I want him in Indy.

Eagles released Jackson. Colts won't make a run at him, too much money for another wideout when I'm guessing they are anticipating Wayne being back. And even if it was a 1 year contract we already signed Nicks. Who do people see him ending up with?

Same here. I don't know if he would get a lot of playing time being my one concern.

Oakland or New England are my guesses.

I think he'd get minimal playing time as a rookie but learning under Reggie Wayne would be huge. I wouldn't be shocked if he stepped in as a starter in year 2.

[/quote] I think they're banking on Donald Thomas coming back from injury and Hugh Thornton's first full offseason of development to fix the problem. Plus not bringing back Satele is like addition by subtraction.

Lol. Satele couldn't block even if you dropped all 11 guys in coverage.

I'd guess somewhere with plenty of cap space and doesn't care that he's about as much of a diva as it gets.  I have no idea what their cap spaces look like.

Plus he's got rumored gang connections, so a team would have to deal with that as well.

His next contract will definitely have clauses in it to protect the team.

It will probably resemble Tyrann Mathieu's, of course instead of weed it's gang affiliation. That's why I could see Oakland taking a pass. Oakland is a pretty rough city as far as gangs go.

I only said Oakland because they were after him from what I read and him being from California.

I seen a tweet that said the Seahawks contacted his agent. Like they need anymore help.
