That's why I said 'may'.  He had already told his close friends, per reports, and Richard Sherman had already tweeted him congratulations.  Sounded to me like he wanted to join and his agent was trying to get a few more dollars.

 

BTW, he really needs to find a new agent.  When reporters were calling to get confirmation, instead of just doing his job he got ticked because he wanted to play hockey.

Hey, Schaffer (the agent) lost that rec league hockey game.  He needs time to set up the rematch.  That's just as important as getting his pro athlete client a multi million dollar deal.

I'd like Nicks as a pick up. He has been a guy who is a down the field threat, 15 yards per average for his career. And the Colts have already taken fliers on Donnie Avery and DHB in that type of role. Nicks has a better track record than both of them

Where's Brandon, well that works better than Where In The World Is Brandon Browner.  It's pretty ridiculous at this point.

Looks like the circus finally left town.  Per Schefter and others Browner signed for 3 years/17 million, and Browner himself tweeted he signed.

 

Wow, that's a big risk for a player with his history.
