Good riddance Pep.  Clearly his gameplans were terrible.  We started out most games down a bunch because of it (also because of Luck's turnovers).  Then when we scrap the gameplan, we do better.  This was a no brainer move.

Next move...fire Grigson!

Gregg Doyel blowing up Grigson.  Wow, he has done things to piss me off, but the dude has balls.  He doesn't write to make friends.

Love it. Grigson deserves every bit of this.

Clearly I've been harder on Luck than you guys.  So I'm curious...how long is his leash?  Do you play him out the entire year regardless?  Or ever sit him if he continues his multiple interception games?

I completely disagree with him playing if he isn't 100% or close to it. I would rather he sit and us get a good draft pick then him continue playing and getting hurt more

I think the problem with that perception is almost every player is hurt to some degree at this point. Unless you are a punter or kicker you have injuries.

Agreed, but if the injury is creating losses, do you keep playing him?

This is true. But when you are talking about a franchise quarterback do you risk playing and him getting hurt even more? There's not way Colts make/win the super bowl unless we start playing much better. Too many teams are much better right now. We need a good draft pick if we future success. Lucks first year here was great but in the long run it may have hurt us and stopped the rebuild through the draft too soon
