The Grilling Thread

Recommended Posts

Zesty key lime chicken and tilapia, with fried green tomatoes & zucchini (with a few zucchini blossoms too). I use my cast iron on the grill so the house doesn't smell like fryer oil :)[attachment=997:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1404700983.983025.jpg][attachment=998:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1404701014.245894.jpg]

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Anyone try this?

Last year I grilled pizza on my charcoal Weber grill. I put the stone right on the grate and put a tin of charcoal on the grate with the pizza stone so the cheese on top would melt before the bottom would burn. I used indirect heating as well. The pizza tasted awesome! Tasted like a genuine brick house oven pizza! It seems this attachment would save me a lot of trouble.

Looks awesome. I did my grilled onions with butter and Montreal Steak Seasoning. My wife doesn't usually eat onions but she ate these. Made me happy.

Wife called for chicken that was more done this time. Not a fan, but sure enough it was dry and needed a sauce. I showed her what's up lol

Haha I have the same problem. My wife likes all her meat very well done. I usually pull one of the steaks off when it's medium-rare, medium for myself :)
