I keep a 2nd tank on hand so that doesn't happy.  I actually concur w/Tiny on this one.

A friend of mine was giving away a truck load of empty propane tanks.  Most looked like scrap, but a couple looked like they could've still been used as spares (hard to tell from the picture).  Too bad I'm using charcoal.

My next grill will be the combo gas/charcoal grill.

Yeah, my neighbor has one.  ******* up a blue streak every time he fires it up.  But it smells really good when he uses it!

You can get a good flavor using charcoal.  Just with mine it takes a good 40 minutes for the coal to ash over before you grill and the temp does well to even get to 300.

Grilled chicken last night. Didn't let it soak in w-sauce this time. I used Kick'n Chicken seasoning, and it was awesome. One thing I always do now is press the seasoning on the chicken so that it stays on. I will be doing burgers tomorrow as of right now. I love grilling burgers, my favorite food by far.

Anybody been doing any grilling? I'm making Smokey Mesquite Pork Chops. Threw on some taters for a snack :)

I'm trying to upload a picture of them, but it won't upload.
