Nice!  But this has to be a typo.  That fish is bigger than 16 pounds.

unfortunately, it was only 16lbs. I missed the daily tournament 3rd place prize by a few ounces. I love fishing here in Alaska, if you haven't tried it........put it on your bucket list

Just got back from my annual ice fishing trip on the border of MN and Canada.  First day we limited out on Lake Trout, but had to hike back through the snow almost 2 miles to get to the lake.  Thank God for snowshoes...

Rainbow Trout caught a couple of years ago, near Kremmling, CO in a small private lake.[attachment=1557:IMG_0221.JPG].

Spent the weekend watching the Winnebago TV.  Hoping to spear a sturgeon.  The only thing that makes this sport bearable are the Bloody Mary's that start flowing at 6:30 AM.  I've been doing this for 15 years, and have yet to see a sturgeon that I could throw at.  :)

Dang, I've not seen this thread before!  Anymore, with the traveling, I just fish in Englewood, Florida, and will do so again here at the end of May.  Also, per my other thread, going to try fly-fishing with the dude who takes Coach Knight out (he's also the one who picked him up after he hit the cow here a while back.)

First one is of my brother-in-law.  He's from Georgetown, KY, and is a big UK fan, but, after spending the last 6+ months in ICU due to a motorcycle accident, we don't hold it against him for now.
