They've definitely re-energized the series. Very excited to be introduced to the Kingdom next week as well, with King Ezekiel and his tiger. I've been told from comic readers that we're going to love them.

Well he does have a pet tiger.  I mean, how bad@$$ is that?

I'm wanting to see what happens with Morgan too. Will he continue to be against violence or will something in him finally snap.

If anyone deserves a good killing it's Negan and his crew. They'll need Morgan back to his old, badass self to do it.

Yeah but who deserves the chance to kill Negan? Rick would be the obvious answer but I almost feel like it could be Maggie.

Maggie will be in a very very dark place, so that would be brutal to watch.  It would suck to be Negan if she had the chance to end him, especially if she got her hands on that bat.

They've have to thing out his group some first, he's got an army.  Many may just be following out of fear, but there will be a few enthusiastic followers they'd have to contend with.

I didn't mean that Morgan will be the one to kill him. I think Negan will be around a while though.

When he finally dies, I can't wait to see how they do it. It has to be extra special, over the top painful. Yeah I don't see them being able to challenge that army any time soon. In the previews for the next one it shows Rick telling them he's no longer in control, Negan is the boss now. So it seems like for the time being the group is unsure how to respond to this.

Oh no I knew you weren't inferring that, I was just speculating on who will eventually take him out. Yeah I hope/expect for him to be around a while.

From what I know Negan is like the biggest villain in the comics. The Governor got like 2+ seasons on the show... We'll see.

As dramatic as this first episode was, I think Negan's going to be around for a long, long time. They didn't set all this up just to kill him off in a season. He's made quite an impression (both on the show and for the fans), this introduction was for a long-term relationship.

It'd have to be a strategic, long term plan just to even get to Negan because there are just so many of his "Saviors".  Now in a group that large there will be some that aren't as enthusiastic but follow out of fear or for safety so some of them may not be as big of an issue, but the dedicated would have to be eliminated.  With Negan finally breaking Rick it'll be a while before he's got the nerve to even start that kind of plan, if they get Darryl back (eventually) that'll help.  It'd be a long drawn out story; rushing in again would be suicide and the group knows it.

Frankly, I'd love to see them finally get to Negan then give Maggie the bat.  I don't know if she'd do that, but then again she had already lost so much in that world losing Herschel and Beth then this egotistical ******* showed up and beat Glenn to a pulp.

So Morgan is rolling Carol around in a wheelchair and says "we're going to meet Ezekial".  They enter what looks like used to be a theater and hear roaring, "oh, I forgot to mention Ezekial has a tiger".  This dude is sitting in a throne prop, and just reaches over and pets this huge tiger like it's a friggin' German Shepherd.

I'd be lying if I didn't say I kind of want a pet tiger now lol.
