Harris could have been the lock down corner we are missing since Ponds left. Have no idea what's wrong with him but wonder if it's not all physical.

Someone said ankle but wasn’t he out most of the season at Penn State last year too?  Injury prone and at this point it appears Cig doesn’t have a lot of confidence in him seeing the field with the responses he’s given when asked.

He missed the MSU game last year to injury. Generally just didn't play as well as he did in 2024 too though and got benched against Northwestern.

You are correct. He missed significant time at PSU last year after having, I think, a pretty good year before. I can't think of much that would keep him out two seasons and not be fixable with surgery.

I occasionally have to drive directly by the Rutgers football stadium on my way to work.

There are a bunch of pole banners with the block R logo across the street from the front entrance.

At the start of the school year, somebody had flipped all the pole banners upside down and one of the houses down the street had a spray painted sign hanging out of their window that said:

"RU IN DISTRESS

End the football program!"

If I weren't driving I would've snapped a pic. The pole banners were all fixed before the UMass game lol.

Too bad Rutgers and Purdue don't play this year, they may have found a way for both teams to lose.

He is their main man on offense. That young receiver is good, but with us rushing the qb he shouldn’t get too much.
