He's a 17 year old from Alpharetta Georgia and that was before his official visit. Pretty sure he's got the name down by now lol. 

Helluva interesting highlight video; runs past people at high level hs ball but long and lanky more than quick.

But the super-skill? Those feet - for a long receiver they are elite. Look at the catches and runs starting at the 12 second mark, the 45 second mark, and the 2:10 mark of the video:
