TTT Posted November 11, 2025 Posted November 11, 2025 Makalusky it’s time for her to score in double figures and rebound near a double double. Challenge is her current performance/ability playing time and matchup because Marshall is mainly 6’ and under. ronzo4IU 1 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 12, 2025 Author Posted November 12, 2025 Sluggish start by both teams. 6-2 Hoosiers with 4:42 left in 1st Q. After having a total of just 18 TOs in our first 2 games, we already have 4 tonight - 3 of them by Shay. Quote

I’m more concerned that we have a few quicker guards that can handle the ball a little bit and still a lower tier program can cause a ton of problems with presses mamasa 1 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 12, 2025 Author Posted November 12, 2025 Watching paint dry might be more entertaining than the 1st Q was. Hoosiers lead 9-6. IU 3-16 FG Marshall 1-13 FG Teams combined 0-10 on 3s. I think we missed at least 4 layups/putbacks in the Q and had 8 TOs. mamasa 1 Quote

Beaumont, I thought would be awesome this year has been awful today. Zebras sent z to the bench. I wish Shay could bring those big game plays every game, over the last 2 years she just can’t every day, but she is good. Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted November 12, 2025 Posted November 12, 2025 Bad watch. But we lead. Offensively inept. We’ve got a lot of shooters that can’t shoot RN. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 12, 2025 Author Posted November 12, 2025 I don't think I'll need my nitro pills tonight but may need some No-Doz instead. Midway through the 2nd Q we lead 17-15. Now up to 12 TOs. mamasa 1 Quote

LamarCheeks Posted November 12, 2025 Posted November 12, 2025 IU 43, Marshall 30 -- after 30 minutes. Feels like it should we should be up by 18-20 -- but still some early season blahs. Struggling at times with their press. mamasa 1 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 12, 2025 Author Posted November 12, 2025 Little late but here's the halftime stats. Also, Shay with 10 reb. is a new career high and she needs another 2 points for her first career double-double. Quote
