In July, 2025 my prediction was based on IU lost to two teams in 2025.  Both teams played  in national championship game.  ND vs OSU.  

So with roster and additions and coaching staff….and looking at schedule….

Conclusion would it be unfortunate or fortunate luck with combination of Earned luck COACHING AND MAKING PLAYS 2025

IU had a (50/50) 50% chance of going 12-0 regular season.  

No prediction for 2026 regular season.
