Took months for them to tell me whether or not my request would even be filled. IU Prof Posted October 28 Posted October 28 Any thoughts as to the reasoning behind the delay? Are they trying to prevent fans from flipping the tickets on the secondary market? Is the venue slow rolling the distribution of tickets so it can sell the rest if its inventory first? You'll need to install the United Center app and link it to your Ticketmaster account to get your tickets. Once I did that I had my tickets and was able to transfer them with ease to my friend who I bought them for. Quote

I guess that given that tickets are being distributed by Ticketmaster through the United Center app they won't appear in our IU accounts so that all makes sense.
