The Restaurant Analogy

You know how a restaurant will advertise a new change in ownership/management in hopes to win people back. It’s hit me that the restaurant’s name is Indiana Men’s Basketball and the change did the restaurant no good. Bad restaurants are bad because the experience sucks. What makes the experience? The people, the product and atmosphere.

The problem with the analogy:  

Our Football Restaurant changed ownership.  Know what made the experience better?  Winning.

Football brought in a chef that had several successful restaurants before.  Basketball brought in a chef that had two previous restaurants that had a few good months, but no sustained success.

The problem is that the food cost too much money and the servings are always two bigs.

The football chef probably can put the best charcuterie board together with the best meats cheeses in Bloomington.

Pizza Hut.  Very good in the 70’s & 80’s.  Very meh since.
