Homecoming for Mack.  Really nice that this game could get scheduled so her Maine family and friends could have a chance to watch her play in person.  Game will be played in Portland only a half hour drive from her hometown of Gorham.  Maine (4-3) lacks offensive firepower as they've scored over 60 pts. in just one game so - on paper - it's an easy night on the court for our Hoosiers.

TV rights are always with the home team.

American East (and most non-power five leagues) has a contract with ESPN. All postseason events (outside of March Madness) are contracted with ESPN. All holiday tournaments are contracted to ESPN. Big Ten and Big East have contract with Fox.

It is annoying but bottom line is anything postseason (outside of March Madness) or a road game not involving Big Ten or Big East is likely to be on an ESPN network. Anything involving Big Ten or Big East being home is likely to be on a Fox or NBC Network (BTN, BTN+, Peacock, FOX, NBC, FS1, FS2, ETC.).

Bottom line is you need lots of different subscriptions right now which is annoying but it is the new reality. Sports fans unfortunately are going to have to decide if they want to shell out for several different services (which can be cancelled month to month) or not watch.

That is the absolute truth that I am no happier to type than anyone else.

Not we expected.  After 1Q, Maine leads 16-14  and one of Maine's players has scored 14 of Maine's 16 points.  We shot 4-15 FG and 2-7 on 3s in the quarter.  Sara and Mack each with 6p.

37-29 Maine leads at the half.  Surely we can't play this badly in the second half can we?

We're shooting 35% FG and Maine is blistering the nets at 52%.  They've outrebounded us by 5.

Looks like we came in expecting an easy W. We're the first P5 team Maine has faced. They lost to Richmond by 34.

57-54 we've actually taken the lead with 4:39 left to  play.  Parrish has been our savior in the second half.
