See, if/when CTA goes, this is why. This isn’t “our facilities aren’t great,” or “we don’t have a great recruiting base”, or “we have terrible history.” This is just terrible attention to detail independent of the other stuff. This is the definition of bad coaching.

While at the same time *constantly* preaching how important those things are. It is the weirdest thing. He doesn’t ignore it, yet it is always a problem.
