Did Woodbury on Iowa ever get a suspension for repeated eye-poking? Did Grayson Allen ever get an ACC suspension? Not sure what the college precedent is here. In any event, I'm pretty sure at a minimum the league will have a 'never again" conversation with him.

It seems the bare minimum is one game.

@ Minn. Almost lost, Race 23 min, Malik 12, JG 6. Race was bad.1-4, 4 boards, a TO, in 23 min, defense was not there, mobility limited.

With Race's defense 'not there', Minnesota scored 20 points in the 23 minutes that Race played.  In the 17 minutes he didn't play, they scored 37.

Re: in terms of player's receiving suspensions for multiiple offenses, the ACC never suspended Grayson Allen.  Coach K suspended him 'indefinitely' after his third incident and that turned out to be all of one game.  The Big Ten never suspended Woodbury.

However, there is precedent from the Big Ten -- Brad Davison was suspended for a game by the Big Ten (probably for a lifetime achievement of dirty play).  Final straw was when he hit Conner McCaffery in the groin on a screen.

It’s kind of hard to just pull stats on this, but he was just back from injury and clearly limited laterally and generally in his mobility. He was not good and more importantly the team has not been doing as well when Malik’s and/or JG’s minutes are down or eaten by Race. I really think that’s obvious in our scoring and close vs not close games but this topic is beaten to death
