Justice Sueing (OSU) 24. Jalen Pickett (PSU) 23. Tony Perkins (Iowa) 22. Jaelin Llewelyn (UM) 21. Race Thompson (IU) 20. Patrick McCaffery (Iowa) 19. Coleman Hawkins (Illinois) 18. Boo Booie (Northwestern) 17. Donta Scott (Maryland) 16. Malik Hall (MSU) 15. AJ Hoggard (MSU) 14. Chucky Hepburn (UW) 13. Dawson Garcia (Minnesota) 12. Zed Key (OSU) 11. Matthew Mayer (Illinois) 10. Tyler Wahl (UW) 9. Xavier Johnson (IU) 8. Caleb McConnell (Rutgers) 7. Jamison Battle (Minnesota) 6. Terrance Shannon Jr. (Illinois) 5. Cliff Omoruyi (Rutgers) 4. Kris Murray (Iowa) 3. Zach Edey (Purdue) 2. Trayce Jackson-Davis (IU) 1. Hunter Dickinson (UM) IU has three players in the top 25 with JHS also being considered. Last year IU only had TJD in the top 25. Michigan has Hunter at number 1 and then a player who has played as many minutes in the big ten as I have as their only other top 25 player. Illinois has a lot of unknowns but has 3 in the top 25, none of whom have produced anything of importance in the big ten. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

Very curious to see how he does with B1G athleticism in certain matchups. Much like his brother. Could be a very similar situation. imo, I’d not be surprised to see 2 of Furst, Kaufman, Gillis be top 25 kids in the B1G. Also very interested to see how Painter runs this roster short on guard talent. lillurk and Stuhoo 2 Quote

The former will not compensate for the latter. hoosierbgh 1 Quote
IUc2016 Posted September 27, 2022 Author Posted September 27, 2022 Also interesting, this is probably the least top end talent that MSU has had in awhile in comparison to the rest of the big ten. only two guys on this list and neither is close to top 10. Although I think Hoggard could be the best PG by the end of the year. Still cannot believe they are going into the season with 10 scholarship players. And 3 of those are freshman HoosierHoops1 and Stuhoo 2 Quote
