Who leaves the program first; Darren Hiller or Tom Allen?

Ultimately, do you think Dolson even gives him a choice after this year? I mean, Dolson could technically fire him himself correct?

Dolson could fire Hiller, yes. But that would not bode well for our next coach after Allen. No one will want to work for an AD that manages coaching staff like that. It's a crap situation, but we almost have to let Allen do it or allow him to sink with Hiller.

Hiller's contract is up at the end of the year, so it wouldn't be really firing him. I don't think it would be bad if the AD said Coach Allen were not going to renew his contract for another two years. Take the money he was making and hire someone else. Allen pushed for a two-year deal for Hiller and Sheridan when Dolson wanted to give them both 1-year contracts.

Thanks for the info. I hope this comes to fruition. Allen is certainly a loyal man but someone needs to be able to see the big picture of the program.
