The entire coaching staff knows that TD will be called back so they should’ve been working on a decent play call. How do you come out and run the play clock down and burn a TO there?

167 minutes and finally a B1G TD. A shovel pass to Hendershot trying to score 1-on-6 was an awful idea.

I realize a QB has to process a ton of info in a teeeny amount of time, but It seems as if Tuttle should've been able to see that the little shovel pass wasn't gonna work and gone to a different option -- if there was one. Hendershot had white shirts all around him.

Hendershot on a 5 yard out against a LB feels to me like a higher percentage play than a shovel pass up the middle that hasn’t been open all day, but these savants clearly know something I don’t
