PSA:  Last night Travis Branham of 247 tweeted that a source had told 247 that we had offered '24 Somto Cyril and I'm starting to see re-tweets of Branham's tweet.   NO ONE ELSE HAS REPORTED SUCH AN OFFER OTHER THAN BRANHAM SO IT APPEARS NO SUCH OFFER WAS OFFICIALLY EXTENDED.
