My bet is on Wisconsin caving to public pressure.  This is the University where Bo Ryan put ridiculous limits on players transferring from his program only to cave when he got called out on it.

Actually, I've seen more than one person saying don't be surprised if more schools don't do this because of $$ issues.  And if it looks like there could be no college football season that other schools will follow suit.

Outside of football/basketball there really aren’t that many full schollys available to the other sports. Interested to see how programs are going to handle this with unexpected returnees and incoming freshman who were promised things.
