Hoosierfan31 Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 UCLA is overrated imo. We should win this game easily as we have been battle tested and UCLA has played mostly cream puffs. Anyone going to this game? Quote
Alford Bailey Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 These ladies are playing a tough schedule in the non con WayneFleekHoosier, Class of '66 Old Fart and mamasa 3 Quote

I dont mean to sound boastful saying we will win easily, I just have seen ucla play several times this year and they just arent on our level imo. We will see. Hell I think we can beat Maryland too mamasa 1 Quote
LIHoosier Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 Color vs color as IU wears the crimson unis vs UCLA in their road blues. Quote
LIHoosier Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 Ain't going good so far, 15-4 UCLA nearing the end of the 1st quarter. I flip over and the first thing I see is two players go for the rebound and knock it away from each other resulting in a free possession for UCLA and now don't even get a shot off with 6.6 sec left. 15-4 UCLA after 1. LamarCheeks Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 We beat South Carolina when they were No. 5 and hung with Baylor for three quarters when they were No. 2. Cannot figure out why all of the sudden we can't play against the No. 10 team -- in the Hall. Just can't make a bucket. Quote

OMG we scored! Quote
HoosierAloha Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 Too amped to start the game and couldn’t throw it in the ocean from a boat. They’ve settled down a bit but are getting handled on the defensive boards. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
LamarCheeks Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 At last, starting to get some stops. Unfortunately, we're not scoring at the other end. HoosierAloha 1 Quote

LamarCheeks Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 At times, we're too unselfish. Making an extra (unnecessary) pass while passing up a good shot. Quote

Need to communicate better. Just did it again a few (game) minutes ago. We just can’t make anything, FTs included! We’re running around with our hair on fire but just can’t make. HoosierAloha Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 And now we’ve had back to back buckets. Let’s close the half out strong! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
HoosierAloha Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 Our late quarter possessions were horrible. Thankfully the UCLA player dropped the fumble recovery before the goal line to close the half. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted December 22, 2019 Author Posted December 22, 2019 On a bathroom/snack break from family Christmas and checked the stats. Not exactly a shooting clinic by either team today. We've been a pretty solid second half team this seson so I'm not unduly worried. GO IU. HoosierAloha 1 Quote
Aaron Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 One of the largest crowds I have ever seen here non-NIT run division. That half was ugly with no one able to hit a shot and careless turnovers. IU fortunate to be this close. HoosierAloha 1 Quote
