Go read Zach osterman's tweet. Apparently UL is involved in this heavily. Goodbye slick rick!

WDRB saying the same thing and if remotely true, Slick Rick is history.  I don't think he's got enough teflon suits to survive another blemish on the UL name.

I'm going to be sick if we're brought up in this or if one of our current assistant coaches is involved.

I'm looking at you Ed ;)

I have only read the Chuck Person indictment so far, but I have yet to see ANY mention of an undercover agent being utilized; only cooperating witnesses.

It’s gone on my twitter timeline now, but it was put out from a prominent writer. Basically they had an undercover bring $15,000 and it was accepted.

By the way guys, if you haven't surmised or have any legal questions, I know my way around this arena reasonably well ;)

If it isn't too much trouble, could you do a quick summary in layman's terms? Like 1-2 sentences.

FBI involved in getting NCAA programs and/or shoe companies to illegally push money (via US Mail/wire services?) to recruits for a sting basically?

No....I believe they had a Cooperating Witness (named as "CW-1") bring $15k.

Very different!
