GREATEST Hoosier ever nomination thread

Recommended Posts

It's gotta be Calbert Cheaney for me. National POY, B1G POY, 1st team AA, IU all-time scoring leader, B1G all-time scoring leader. Only thing he didn't do is win NC and I will blame that on a foul plagued FF game.

I was in middle school and early high-school when he was at IU so I tried to model my game after his. Will forever be my favorite player.

They may end up in the same region though...

Don't ruin this, and don't rig it against my prediction. That'd be a Purdue Person move.

That would be a very deserving final 4 to me. Knight had possibly the greatest impact on IUbb of anyone. Fischer is the voice of IUbb and is treasured by every fan. Finally, I don't see any way at least one or two players don't make it.

Why would I ruin my own creation? I have no control over how it comes out, it will turn out however the rest of the mod team ranks them.

Touche. Ruin was an unfair word there, sorry.

No worries, The easiest way to explain how they'll be put in a region is:

#1(1 seed) - Region 1

#2(1 seed) - Region 2

#3(1 seed) - Region 3

#4(1 seed) - Region 4

#5(2 seed) - Region 4

#6(2 seed) - Region 3

#7(2 seed) - Region 2

#8(2 seed) - Region 1

and that will continue through #64. Thats the easiest way I came up with to do it that way there wont be any NCAA style pairings to gain interest. I wont know who all will be in what region until all the individual rankings are in and then from there they'll be seeded based on those rankings and then put into their regions based on where their final ranking is. Since I've been setting everything up I'm not ranking anyone or voting at all so I will be 100% unbiased.
