Like a lot on here, I'm concerned about how well he will recruit. If we have a nice run with him for 10 years and he makes it a destination job for the next guy, that's about all we can ask for. Marshall has brought in some pretty solid talent and they always seem to get better the following years. Why wouldn't he be able to recruit at a bigger and better program with more money and tools?
