Like fitting pieces of a puzzle together in a family bond working to achieve common goal/s towards the highest level of success in that specific endeavor. The crowds/fans and national attention of player/s and team/s matchups….and the rocking and rolling of the gigantic scoreboard and the gym Assemby Hall that is Simon Skjodt. Quote
Stuhoo Posted April 16, 2023 Posted April 16, 2023 You’d think that seeing a very similar player profile like Grace Berger as a top ten WNBA pick will be a major takeaway for Lexi Donarski. Todd41 1 Quote
TTT Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 IU Ladies basketball quiet or being selective and patient regarding transfer portal….room for 2 contributing high quality players….One tall (center/forward 6’4”+) and a G.B. type player plug in…..transfer portal players are still visiting. Some teams have got player/s to boost roster. That being said my opinion is player/s should view LSU with much CAUTION….for a variety (pick ‘em) reasons. sidenote: stars aligned for LSU in March Madness. And Carson 7 of 8 ft’s including 5 of 6 (3 pointers) in first half including a bank shot to end first half vs Iowa….after a somewhat tired Iowa team after late night South Carolina win. CSP Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 We don't have room for 2 rotational players, for like the 100th time. J34 and Class of '66 Old Fart 2 Quote

It's not a coincidence. Last off season the activity/rumors/everything was rampant... why? We lost 3 starters. We aren't just choosing to be "quiet". We aren't really looking. We have maybe 1 spot. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 3 reasons why we don't hear a lot about IUWBB recruiting. 1. Coach Moren really keeps a tight lid on her recruiting efforts. 2. Hardly anyone follows women's recruiting at the national level as compared to the hordes that follow the men. 3. We don't like Raoul or he doesn't like us. We rarely get a mention in his Twitter account and he doesn't maintain a page for our basketball program. Quote
TTT Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 It was noted L.D. was on phone 12 hours a day (not sure how many days) when she made known her transfer….and would announce her decision last week of April or first week of May. If not the best available…IU ladies don’t need any transfer/s. It would be desirable that IU Ladies would be a destination of high priority for a transfer portal player/s for 2023-24. There are some top programs that have gained top players this month of April….and it is public or known. (twitter, instagram, forums, and facebook etc) Yes, T. Moren keeps everything tight to the vest regarding recruiting including the transfer portal. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

TTT Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Lauren Gustin BYU is now in portal. (shopping with option to return to BYU) Double Double player at 6’1” not a pg but 4 scholarships available and IU Ladies could use a rebounder type player that can score off the bench. Also could use a 6’4”+ player. Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 At last weekend's EYBL event watching Chloe Spreen '24 and Maya Makalusky '25 on the Kentucky Premier team and Amiah Hargrove '24 on Bradley Beal plus several others as well I'm sure. Banksyrules, TTT and ALASKA HOOSIER 3 Quote

TTT Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 Does anyone know or have an opinion why Aaliyah Guyton seemed to never be in IU Ladies recruiting plans? At 5’8.” (Shorter high level quickness point guards seem to be effective)…however it could be potentially lacking playing time as the “point guard leader” vs 6’ or 6’1” point guard….never really seen Guyton on IU Ladies recruiting radar. I see where Chloe Spreen vs what IU Ladies have…Bama is better situation for her. Spreen was on IU Ladies recruiting radar. Quote
