I'd guess inconsistent play? I'd say that should apply to certain other guys also, looking at you TB, but we've seen with Crean that some players are held to different standards than others when it comes to getting benched and what not.

At first I assumed it was to ease him back from the ankle injury but then it kept happening. If it's from inconsistent play I wonder why he won't apply the same standards to everyone.

At first I assumed it was to ease him back from the ankle injury but then it kept happening. If it's from inconsistent play I wonder why he won't apply the same standards to everyone. 

I believe there are several reasons for this, among them are certain things being promised for coming to Indiana (Yogi, JBJ, Bryant) and the coach never being wrong (Newkirk).

There are other guys who look like they were promised stuff as well..... Hanner, Hollowell, are the two big ones that jumped out. They always looked outclassed on the court on a nightly basis, yet they continued to start or get any kind of time
