And a couple of notes to that. While the two UAB transfers count against the class size, they are not figured into class rankings by the recruiting sites. Also, 247Composite rankings have IU at 38th in the nation in class rank. Any way about it we have the makings  of a excellent class.

It looks like Wilson is putting together another great class. Looking over the names and positions, one of the things that impresses me the most is how in addition to King, we have four other players that played quarterback in high school. This does a couple things. One if we start to run low on QBs in the future, we can always have somebody to put in the position. I hope we never have to deal with the quarterback issue like we did this past year. But also, we're getting some guys that understand the game. Even if they play as athletes or wide receivers or on the defensive side of the ball, they should have a good understanding of the game which I think is a great asset to go along with their athletic ability. Let's go bowling in '15!

Cannot wait for the 2015 season to start! It will be a great year if our key players can stay healthy.

  I thought the same thing when we were recruiting him.   He doesn't have the best outside shot yet but has a decent mid-range jumper and is lightning quick to the rim.   He's going to be a good defender too.   Izzo's got a good one there.   Crean identifies them----and Izzo signs them!

Iowa played hard this game and still lost by double digits... At Iowa! Maybe MSU is much better than we all thought. Makes me feel (a very very little) less bad about our loss

Was at an AAU tourney last spring with my daughter in Springfield, OH and looked to my right and there stood Travis Trice. The kid was so slight of build you wouldnt think he played major cbb.

I have little doubt that MSU will be ranked and a solid tourney team by March. I wish I could say the same for us, but we know how that movie usually ends. 

  It's been so long since we had a coach who worked officials I've forgotten what it feels like to see something like that.

MSU and Iowa in a physical defensive battle. I have to admit, our int. defense has to be the worst in the big ten. Both these teams can chew you up in the paint.

The situation in France is another failed example of the West believing we can understand muslim extremism. I despise terrorism! It's only a matter of time for when it happens here again....and again...and again. I know, I know...Politics/religion/Fashion should not be discussed in these posts. Illinois appears to be having the classic "play the game of our lives after our best player goes down" game that many teams at various levels of various sports tend to have. Sometimes that only lasts one game, other times it can last a few games. Hopefully it's worn off and they're back to sucking by the time we play them.
