Absolute top tier name! -
(2027) DL Jalen Brewster (5*) to TTU

I am not surprised. They have money to pay, and he's probably gotten more than initially offered. They will be good in the Big 12. I don't see them winning a natty (their coaching staff doesn't impress me as much as other staffs), but they will play in the CFP with no other competition in the Big 12 to prevent them from getting there. ETA: maybe we get him in the portal in a few years... -

I wish but my forced hiatus continues and now looks like through the weekend. Can’t catch a break. May see a flurry of activity tomorrow from me but then probably pretty quiet for a few more days. -

Like I said, I don't need anyone's opinion as to what constitutes a good coach. When your program reaches the level of toxicity that has become IU basketball, it doesn't matter. -

If you think Woodson was a good coach, I don’t know what to tell you. -

Feel like Sales could be WR1 from day 1. Likely going to lose both Marsh and Becker to the draft after this season. Sales fills an immediate need. I think it's really tough for a true freshman to start on the interior line, let alone make an immediate impact.
-
Totally agree on Brewster...if i had to pick between him and Sales..as far as immediatte impact..I would take Brewster.

31 days for an interim I believe -
NW and SE (above me, now) are what I was thinking too. I seem to kind of remember the top of the SE section being unavailable last time I saw a live seat map. Some student section seats used to be over there. But also a week from today they're dropping mini-season packages. I have no clue where all these seats are coming from.

Yea. If I had to guess it may be across the top of the north side of the west stand. Tbd. I’m not quite sure what student tickets cost — $20-30 per game I think. I’m surprised IU didn’t sell these at 2x+ the price to alumns. I thought there was a waiting list for season tickets. IU AD is always a bit of a mystery to me. But, I am in favor of students getting some priority… you only get four years and big games are fun.

@SethTow couple of pics from her OV. Need someone to post them please. Damn @Hovadipo and his super secret probation. -
Unless they've quietly blocked off a chunk for this during the renewal/selection period, I'm really curious where those ~5,000 seats will be.

Can’t find it at the moment but a different window applies to an interim vs new coach. -
All the program needed was the admin to take FB seriously along with a winning coach. If you build a winner, they will come.
-
Cool. I thought with all the alumni demand such a move would be unlikely… but I guess not. Should be good for the atmosphere at Memorial…

You may have been and if so...so what. Following doesn't mean understanding. Watching Cosmos doesn't make me an astrophysicist. And pretending the fan base dictated CMW demises is the saddest excuse ever. -

OH YEAH? Well @Class of '66 Old Fart has been following IU Basketball since Branch McCracken was in diapers and HE thinks that Mike Woodson was always a poopy-@$$ coach and the IU fanbase is jus' ducky, so THERE! (OF - you are welcome for me making you look... wise). -
