It honestly should be tied -- Syracuse had a touchdown pass on their first drive that was taken off the board by a bad, late call.

It's convoluted but the tiebreaker scenarios were released way before the season started.  We don't win the tiebreaker against PSU, unfortunately. 

 

Here are the rules.  I think the 3rd or 4th scenario is where we don't make the cut.

I think it’s possible depending on where they rank us this coming week and what the matchups would look like.

Does anybody understand the metrics of Michigan beating osu? Is that better for us or worse?  In reality I think osu losing is worse for us, but what do the numbers say?

I don't know the metrics, but it makes our Michigan win stronger and If Penn States gets routed by Oregon might improve our seeding?
