Seems like a smart move for him. OU's headed to the SEC -- which is much, much tougher than the Big 12 or the Pac-12. I have no doubt they'll expand the CFP soon, but still -- the SEC is loaded. 

Plus, it's Los Angeles ... That would, I think, be slightly more appealing than Norman, Oklahoma.

The OU rumor mill is already nuts. Kingsbury (no chance) has been tossed around by Schefter, people reporting there’s mutual interest with Sonny Dykes who gets introduced at TCU Tuesday (I think I choose this chaos scenario), some people want Josh Huepel (ok actually give me this one to watch the state of Tennessee just make football illegal).

OSU can reel 'em in -- which means even as third string, he's probably better than anything we've got. 

He's likely blocked from any decent PT for at least the next year by Stroud. I'm guessing he has somewhat of an idea where he's going. He's from Arizona, so he may want to play on the West Coast.

Doubt we have any shot, but stranger things have happened ...
