I'd love to see our guys practice numbers. Like yogis 70/100. Hields 85/100 etc.

A few years ago when I was doing Jiu Jitsu, the MMA guys had this excercise where they would run on a treadmill.

5mph. 0-5 min

6mph. 5-10

7 mph. 10-15

8mph. 15-20

9 mph 20-25

10 mph 25-30 min or as long as you could hold it.

It was a fun little challenge. Haven't done this in years and probably can't right now. Starts off really easy. Last 10 minutes are brutal.

Supposed to help train for end of 30 min fights.

Very nice Shooting X... although something doesn't add up... 20/25 + 23/25 doesn't equal 37/50.... but impressive shooting regardless.

I love the wing bank shot... I got really good at it for a while but  haven't practiced it recently, I am sure I could not go 37/50 today so....

Those were separate shootings. I shot 50 not using the backboard and 50 using the backboard.
